With insecurity air is widely convulsing self- autonomous region of Puntland where used to be tranquil and easy for the grassroots to lead an orderly life under a sort of administration from all parts in Puntland in Somalia, reliable sources from self-governing state of Puntland suggest all Non-puntlanders who hail from the south of Somalia currently living in Puntland's main cities have obligatorily been ordered to have themselves registered with in five days and told to meet the deadline

One of the business people who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of having no authorization from autonomous government to talk to the press told that all southern people in Puntland had been commanded to have registered in efforts to crack down on the recent increase of insecurity in Puntland to ensure the safety of citizens and Puntland in Somalia

Puntland officials informed any southern person willing to depart from or enter puntland should have a travel permission from Puntland authorities to be aware of the number of southern people in Puntland to deal with elements who destabilize tranquility of Puntland in Somalia

There have lately been loud outcries and demonstrations from Punland's ordinary people for security needs and calls for the local government in Punland to improve and restore the security rules because Puntlanders attribute all insecurity problems in their regions to the refugee people from southern regions in Somalia

In spite of this registration order paid by Punland officials in Somalia, wealthy southern immigrants who were there for life and working have already made their way back home to avoid any life harassment and torture after they had felt dire pressure from Puntlanders together with their authorities who are crippling with insecurity troubles.
