Somalia: Foreign teachers killed at Baladweyn town the headquarters of Hiran region in central Somalia.

The archrival of the Somali government took control of Baladweyn town the headquarters of Hiran region in central Somalia.

After the conquest 6 people were killed including 3 foreign schoolteachers who were in the town for some months.

Soon after the take-over 6 persons were killed including 3 of two were Kenyans and a Briton.

Al- Shabab forces took control of Baladweyn town at exactly 11:30am local time overnight, and they did not come across any encounter from both government and the Ethiopian soldiers in the region.

Al-Shabab forces set ablaze at the abode of the regional commissioner of Baladweyn Yussuf Ahmed Hagar Dabageed and the school, which the slain foreign teachers were teaching.

The residents of Baladweyn town were showing great sympathy of the killed foreign teachers.
